VIOLENCE AND HARASSMENT IN THE WORKPLACE
One day course
This course Violence and Harassment in the Workplace is for all employers, workers, clients, suppliers and the general public to ensure a safe and healthy working envinorment.
Course covers the following;

Company policy with respect to workplace violence and harassment.

Assessment of the risks of violence and to put measures in place when required.

Monitoring the risks of violence.

Definition(s) of what is considered to be a violent act and or harassment within the Law.

Indicators that might warrant action to protect workers.

How to address concerns when members report violent acts to management including harassment.

Safety measures including site audits for the security of employees (e.g. proper lighting)
Participants will complete a written quiz and at the successful completion of course will receive Certificate of actknowledgment.
This is a Full day course.
